Goodbye, Robin Williams

    1. Yes, I liked his dramatic roles, too. I think my favorite of his roles is the Dead Poets Society, though. Probably the English major in me.


  1. It is so sad to learn of Robin’s death and the fact that he suffered from depression, to the point of taking his own life. My heart goes out to him for that desperation he felt prior to his demise. Unless a person has felt that feeling, they have no idea how horrific it is and the fact that you will do ANYTHING to get away from it. God Bless Your Soul, Robin. You’ve left this world a happier place because of your work, but a sadder place because you are gone.


    1. Yes, it’s all terribly sad. We’ve got to figure out a way to combat depression and addiction—something better than what we’re doing now, which clearly isn’t working. Suicide is the 10th leading cause of death in the U.S.
