Top Ten Tuesday: 10 All-Time Favorite Books from 2010-2015

Each week, The Broke and the Bookish holds Top Ten Tuesday, a book blogging meme. This week, we’re talking about books that have been published in the last 3 to 5 years that made their way onto our favorite books list.

I realized, upon trying to make this list, how many books I’ve missed while I was busy reading classics in grad school. Well, plenty of time now! (Well, sort of.)

  1. I love that you included the day the crayons quit – i cannot get enough of this book. I swear my daughter will cry if I ask to read it to her one more time! It is such a great book. I also loved Big little lies – great story & well written.
    Thanks for sharing.

    1. I enjoyed Big Little Lies a lot more than I thought I was going to, given the subject matter. It moved really quickly, though, and it was well put together.

Miss Peregrine’s is really great. I just finished the second in the series, and I can’t wait for more!

And Horns—so good! I saw the film first, before I even knew it was a book, and then I just had to pick it up!

    1. I *loved* the film version of Horns, which is why I had to pick up the book. If I had a paper copy, I’d send it your way, but alas! I do have a physical copy of The Tiger’s Wife that I can bring your way on Saturday! I highly recommend all three of the books you mentioned. πŸ™‚
